MEET MARCH

Hi, I’m a London based certified breathwork facilitator, and Co-Founder of The Breath.

Having extensively explored meditation since my teens, my dedication to the practice has taken me around the world, from Buddhist monasteries to learning from some of the best teachers in India, Europe and UK. It has been both my passion and curiosity to this practice that led me to breathwork. Breathwork has had a profound impact on my life and has brought new layers of depth to my existing practice.

How did breathwork help me?

Bouts of depression, anxiety and a debilitating lack of self-confidence took me through a rollercoaster of emotions during my early 20’s. Meditation soothed these symptoms but it wasn’t until I implemented a regular breathwork practice that I started to see a significant change. It was the instantly tangible effects of breathing tools that filled me with confidence to implement a regular daily breathwork practice, and over time, I started to feel more at home in my own body. I soon realised that it was my nervous system was that was out of balance. Breathwork quite literally impacts every system in our body and is intrinsically linked to our state of mind, physical health and quality of life. It provides us with an effective way to hack into the nervous system and has given me the tool kit to restore, manage and improve my own mental health. In doing so, cultivating a resilient and flexible nervous system for the inevitable stress of daily life. I am in awe of it’s efficacy and it is my passion and mission to share this life changing practice with others to the best of my ability.

What do I teach?

I am a trained and certified breathwork facilitator, and continue to develop personally within my field with further specialist and highly regarded courses. Having explored a variety of modalities, I provide well-rounded and tailored support with scientifically-backed breathing tools to meet your particular objective. Your breath is like a finger print. Everyone’s breathing pattern is completely unique. So depending on your requirements, the breathwork techniques we use will be carefully determined by your needs. These techniques include functional breathing, nervous system regulation, breathwork for sports performance, and other deeper healing modalities of breath like Conscious Connected Breathwork.
