On this two-hour journey, Tildy and March will guide you through Qi Gong flows and conscious breathing practices to let go of what no longer serves you and open your heart. This workshop is thoughtfully crafted to be accessible for beginners, while also offering depth for experienced practitioners.

What to Expect

QI GONG

Qi Gong is an Ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, breath, intention and imagination to bring you home to your body and help you to re-feel qualities of aliveness (Qi).

In this workshop, we will practice and play the Tai Li Fa- The Big Regulation.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork uses the power of each breath as a vehicle for healing and regulation. It allows us to explore states of deep relaxation and presence, clearing tension from our system and creating space for inner calm and clarity.

In this workshop, we will first practice gentle techniques to help you settle and feel grounded. Then, we will explore rhythmical breathing - using specific counts and patterns for your inhale and exhale that help bring your body and mind into balance. These simple breathing rhythms naturally calm your nervous system and create a sense of harmony within yourself.

We'll also be exploring 5-10 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathwork to tap into an altered state of consciousness that can be incredibly profound, healing and bring a deep sense of connection to yourself and others. This active breathing technique involves continuous, circular breathing without pauses between inhale and exhale. You may experience tingling, temperature changes, or emotional releases as it works to clear energetic blockages from your system.

While transformative, this technique is not suitable for everyone and requires your full consent and awareness. Please read the health and safety information thoroughly during checkout before participating, as this practice has specific contraindications.

What are the benefits of this?
