Reduce Stress
Use your inhale to find any tension that you are holding in your body and use your exhale to release and let go. This breathwork session will reduce stress and bring you to a mind and body to a state of calm and balance.
Reset
Take a moment to reset your mental and physical state. This is an activating breath designed to re-align your mind and body back to a state of balance.

Conscious Connected Breathing is the ultimate self-development tool that helps people to access the full potential of their breathing system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being.
When breathing is full, open and connected, “activation” occurs creating a high vibrational frequency in the body. This allows lower vibrational energy that is held in our cellular memory (such as repressed feelings, unpleasant memories, past trauma and any other negativity in the subconscious) to be permanently transformed into a higher vibrational energy.
You may feel some physical and emotional sensations as a result of this integration but as we clear the subconscious we move forward with clarity, joy and ease.
