Where to start?
What happens next?
1. Discounted Trial, Breathing Assessment + Intention Setting
45 minute Online Session
An opportunity to see if breathwork is for you and a chance for us to work together to see if it is the right fit.
This is first step is to discover your natural, resting breathing pattern which is very important to start with the right foundations and awareness to practice breathwork to its greatest effect. Next, we will run through a few techniques to introduce you to the tangible effects of the practice and a few breathing tools for you to take home with you that you can use on a daily basis. Should you still be interested in working with me, we will align on your intentions and from there I can then send you a form to fill out to get an insight into your current mental, physical and emotional state so that we can carefully curate a programme to meet your needs.
2. Carefully curated programme
Your breath is like a finger print, everyone’s breathing pattern is completely unique. Depending on your requirements, the techniques we use will be carefully determined by your needs. I believe in the efficacy of a consistent practice to create long term change.
3. Different sessions on offer
Each session is bespoke to your individual requirements.
30 MINUTES
Functional Breathing | Nervous System Flexibility, Resilience & Regulation
I strongly believe in the efficacy of a consistent practice. These sessions are designed to be achievable for a regular practice with the aim to create long-lasting change. We will look at breathwork techniques which will be determined by your requirements.
1 HOUR
Functional Breathing | Nervous System Flexibility, Resilience & Regulation
These are deeper sessions allowing us to explore our breath in further depth. It is often challenging tuning out of the busy mind and tuning into the body. During these practices we can go deeper and see greater development with our practice. We will look at breathwork techniques which will be determined by your requirements.
2 HOURS
Conscious Connected Breathwork, Trauma Release, Functional Breathing, Nervous System Flexibility, Resilience and Regulation
I recommend this as a first session.
This length of time gives us the opportunity to explore our breath in even further depths with deeper healing modalities such as Conscious Connected Breathwork (if it is the right practice for you). The sessions will always be tailored to your needs and the techniques we use will be carefully considered and chosen depending on where you are at with your mental and physical health.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deeper healing modality which offers an effective approach to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness - clearing emotional blockages from our system and becoming the catalyst for heightened consciousness and deep insights.

What are the benefits of this?
+ Clearing the emotional body
‘Letting go of baggage’ and ‘weight’ weight that you feel you might be carrying around, releasing stress and tension. In doing so, leaving you feeling lighter and with a clear mind.
+ Embodiment
‘Dropping into the body” and quietening the mind, leaving you feeling more connected to yourself.
+ Insights and memories
This can be effective in shifting your perspective, breaking free from negative thought patterns or perspectives and inspire creativity and new direction.
How does this work?
When we hold back or bury our emotions, we store this emotional energy within our bodies. Failing to deal with these emotions can lead to mental, emotional, and even physical distress. Many of us have encountered moments of trauma in our lives, and this can push us into a state of heightened reactivity, where we may experience overstimulation (fight or flight) or withdrawal (freeze). In these states, we can feel disconnected from our bodies and react strongly to triggers.
During this practice a remarkable shift occurs within the brain’s default mode network (DMN) which is located in the frontal and prefrontal cortex. Extensive research indicates that the DMN plays a crucial role in shaping our ego and sense of self. It governs the brain’s control mechanisms and contributes to our fixed, repetitive thinking patterns and obsessions. Essentially, it becomes active when we reminisce about memories, envision the future, monitor our surroundings, or contemplate the intentions of others. It is understood that after roughly 20 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathing the DMN is deactivated and the egoic mind begins to dissolve, inducing states of relaxation and the letting go of any negative thought patterns. This leads to experiences where time flies and people tend to feel a profound sense of connection with themselves, the earth and others around them. It is in this moment, where people seem to release stress and tension that they carry in the body, clear the emotional body and leave feeling lighter and more connected to themselves.
I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to get maximum benefit. I offer further discounted packages if you would like to book more than 3 sessions so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like to work with me on a more regular basis.
